They keep a stag under inhumane conditions in their complex. It does not have enough space to roam enough and it lives under constant stress of being watched by people.

Extremely disappointing experience at Club Vila Bran (August 12–15, 2025). Dirty room, worn-out furniture. Both beds creaked with every movement, making it impossible to sleep. Room doors creaked loudly, constantly waking up the child. Very hot in the room, and the windows had no mosquito screens. Accommodation location was not as requested (lower part of the complex, despite having a small child). Long waiting times for meals, even though we had a full board package. The waiters were friendly but many did not understand Romanian and mixed up the orders. Food was limited in variety, poor quality, and poorly prepared. We, a family of 3, paid 4,000 RON for 3 nights and I believe the services provided do not justify this price. An experience that, unfortunately, did not meet the 3 stars rating at all.

Cleaning in rooms and restaurant is very poor. Parking is not well designed and wrongly placed and not sufficient compared with full capacity. Food and hygiene has much to improve.

The hotel is ok. It was clean, but the sink was clogged and the hair dryer provided is not so good. There is still a lot of work being done in the park making walking around a little more challenging. Lastly, the food quality is not what I expected. Maybe because it was out of season, but I was there 10 yrs ago and it was AMAZING back then. Quality has definitely dropped since the pandemic.

Best place for kids, wonderful activities, friendly , clean, workshops and games for family , good food. My favorite place in Romania for vacantion🥳. They have induse and outside pools, Cooking workshops, trips, cinema, teatre and a big space with table Games.

I had an unforgettable stay at Club Vila Bran! The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the breathtaking mountain views, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The restaurant was a delight, offering delicious and diverse dishes, and the indoor pool was ideal for unwinding. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully arranged garden, the fun and creative activities, and the adorable mascots that brightened their day. The animation team was exceptional, keeping the atmosphere lively and full of energy throughout our stay. Moreover, the staff was extremely attentive, always smiling, and ready to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend this wonderful place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and joyful getaway! We can’t wait to return!
