Best place we have ever book. We went with our family. The staff showed great hospitality, calm, friendly as well as proactive. Their best part was the pool you can dive in at anytime of the day you want to. We even hit the SPA, there the therapist for massage was really good and it's a recommendation from my side. We will plan again to visit with our friends and families.

Service was perfect, i asked them to clean up the bathrooms additionally over the daily clean - no hesitation or attitute. They were great.

There are some improvements happening in the hotel, but as such was not disturbed.

Very nice rooms. Cleaning, security and service staff is lovely and helpful, front desk depends on who’s on duty. Breakfast and Indian restaurant are incredibly tasty! Pools are excellent, also for kids, even though lazy river could use renovation. Location is convenient, premises are beautiful. All in all a wonderful stay.

Before boarding the ship, I thought that the check-in time was not enough at 3 o'clock. In fact, I had already checked in at the dock. After arriving at the hotel, the scenery was invincible. The service was very detailed. When I took a shower and went to eat, the room was cleaned and the towels were folded again. There are only two restaurants on the island. The taste is basically the same as the fine dinning in the city, or even better. The breakfast is organic food, rich and nutritious. The service staff is professional, strong and responsible. The whole hotel trip is very smooth and comfortable. Full of sincerity, after leaving the island, the car was air-conditioned in advance.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt right at home. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. The scenery truly is breathtaking – it was definitely worth the two-hour drive to get here. We tried camel riding and a desert drive; the sunset view from atop a camel in the desert was absolutely stunning! The burgers and snacks at the poolside bar were delicious too.

It's a beach resort style villa with private pool We experienced the spa and wildlife Safari it was wonderful! There is a welcome drink (ginger tea) before the massage, then change clothes into the steam room and then wash your feet. After the massage, the staff has arranged the beach lounge chairs and tea snacks. We are here to watch the sunset. The next morning, we get up at 6:30 in the morning and take an off-road vehicle to see the wildlife guide. South African brother Cameron is very handsome and very professional. He took us to find a variety of wildlife on the island and learned a lot of relevant knowledge. The harvest is full. Dinner and breakfast are eaten in the Italian restaurant olio. The cream pasta tastes good. Like!

Location: About a three-hour drive from Dubai Airport, passing through Abu Dhabi.
Value: Unbeatable value during the summer and off-season, with a pool suite costing around 2,000 per night.
Wi-Fi: Decent.
Room Size: The suite is approximately 200 square meters, and the sofa bed is perfectly accommodating for a family of four.
Bed: The sofa bed wasn't comfortable, but the queen-size bed was perfectly adequate.
Room Amenities: Aside from the lack of a microwave, everything else was perfect.
Service: The on-demand electric buggy allows you to travel anywhere on the island. Individual activities are more expensive, but the staff are friendly and patient.
Dining: Meals are limited to the island's restaurants. Although outside food is not allowed, bringing your own self-heating pots and rice cookers for cooking noodles is fine. Otherwise, a few days of local and Western cuisine would be unbearable.

The rooms are very nice and the beach pool in the hotel is very nice and the photos are very good. Several hotels on the island have cars for each other. The dinner we chose costs AED 1,000 and there is a 15% service charge

Pretty old hotel. Pool and some facilities are under construction, they try to offer other hotel pool and  dinning coupons. Staffs are friendly and nice. The sofa in the room feel wet, pillow are not comfy.

The rooms were nice, and the rainforest and volcano views were quite unique. However, the surrounding infrastructure was poor, the various attractions lacked distinctiveness, and the facilities at those attractions were also rather inadequate. The hotel food was exquisite but quite expensive, averaging 200-500 RMB per person. I didn't really like the taste; it was too salty and sweet. The hotel sinks were too low, causing water to splash out easily, and the hot water was practically unavailable after 10 PM.

Also: I bought a double package, and adding an extra bed for an 11-year-old child would have cost over 600 RMB per night, but I negotiated and got it for just over 500 RMB per night.

The hotel is across the road from the beach and has a great location. Reception reception super nice. The room is set on the first floor and it is the pool. If there is a pool on the top floor of the top floor room. The room is very good and the facilities are complete. Choose one of the six breakfasts and eat well.
