This summer, I stayed at the Zhejiang World Trade Center Grand Hotel during my trip back to China. It's in a great location, right in the Huanglong business district, and hotel guests get free parking. The guest services team, especially YY, thoughtfully arranged a mountain view room for me. It overlooked 'Huanglong Tucui' (Yellow Dragon Cave), and from the top of the mountain, you can get a panoramic view of West Lake. It's also incredibly convenient and quick to get to attractions like Broken Bridge, Lingyin Temple, and Yue Fei Temple. Right outside the hotel, to the right, there's a direct bus route to Lingyin Temple, though you need to book in advance. I really liked the room's gem-themed design!

The room is very spacious, and the view upon checking in was exceptionally beautiful. The Chinese-style decor gives off a sophisticated, oriental Chinese hotel vibe. The bath and toiletries are a full set from the domestic brand 'Sanshenghua,' which feels very upscale, and the toothbrush quality is excellent with soft bristles. The daily breakfast is also incredibly delicious, far surpassing the breakfast quality of most hotels in Hangzhou.

Very satisfied with this stay! This hotel definitely deserves five-star praise!

Excellent facilities: The hotel is modern and stylish, and the lobby is bright and grand. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like lying on the clouds and sleeping all night. The bathroom facilities are clean and advanced, and the dry and wet separation is done very well. The gym equipment is complete, and the swimming pool water is clear and very well maintained. The overall hardware facilities can be seen to be very attentive and maintained very new.

Excellent service: What impressed me most was the meticulous service! From the front desk to the room service, every staff member smiled, took the initiative to say hello, and had a warm and professional attitude. No matter what problems were encountered, the response speed was extremely fast, and it really made ”guests feel at home”.

Special praise for Xiaohu! Here I must specially name and praise an excellent employee-Xiaohu! His service is exemplary. When checking in, Xiaohu not only helped us with the formalities efficiently, but also introduced the hotel's facilities and services in great detail. During the stay, we encountered a little problem. Xiaohu immediately took the initiative to follow up and actively coordinated to solve it. His attitude was sincere and patient. The whole process made us feel very warm and valued. Xiaohu's professionalism and warm service from the heart greatly added points to our stay! Thank you very much for Xiaohu's efforts!

Summary: This is a nearly perfect stay. Top-notch facilities are the foundation, but what really makes the hotel different is its excellent service level, especially the sincerity and professionalism of excellent employees like Xiaohu. Highly recommended to all friends who pursue high-quality accommodation experience! Next time I come to this city, this is definitely my only choice!

We went to Tangqi Ancient Town to pick loquats and decided to make a day trip out of it. This hotel is one of the best in Tangqi. We arrived around 11 AM, and the parking lot was huge and convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Liu, was very welcoming. She checked our reservation and found that the room type we booked wasn't available, so she upgraded us for free and even gave us complimentary welcome fruit. We had both lunch and dinner at the ** Yuanxing restaurant across from the hotel. For lunch, we had stir-fried dishes, and for dinner, we had wontons and soup dumplings, both of which were excellent. In the afternoon, we explored the ancient town. It was a three-stop bus ride there and a 30-minute walk back. Breakfast was also very extensive. The hotel is right next to a small canal, which is perfect for walks or runs along the riverbank. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The room exceeded my expectations, and the service was even better! They even gave me an extra breakfast, and there were fruits and drinks available. The front desk staff, Shuangshuang, was very thoughtful and kind! My night in Xuan'en was perfect!

I booked this hotel in a hurry for a gathering in Wuxi, as I had a flight to catch. Even before I arrived, the hotel's service manager was already on top of things, starting with a free upgrade to an executive room and warm water already in the room. It was an excellent experience from the get-go. Although the hotel is close to the East Station, so there's some train noise, and the coffee machine in the new room wasn't fully operational yet, these minor issues couldn't detract from their outstanding service. The breakfast was also superb, and the service from the front desk to the restaurant and the manager was all top-notch. The location is super convenient for getting to East Station, the airport, Jiangyin, and various tourist attractions. There are plenty of parking and charging facilities. As a new hotel, it offers great value for money.

Located in the center of Yixing, opposite is the Chengnan River, which connects to a scenic spot. The view is good on the 20th floor, and the bridge is lit at night. You can also walk, which is very good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet. The family room is suitable for two families. The room is super large and has a small living room. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom and two toilets. The hotel is close to Shunan Street, and it takes half an hour to drive to other scenic spots. Parking is free. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise the ingredients will be eaten up. The hotel customer service staff are relatively warm and friendly, and they will solve any problems as soon as possible. If you can't book a hotel in the scenic area, you can try this one
