Great location with plenty of room! The hotel staff was great and very accommodating.

The room and lobby are clean and hygienic, the decoration is simple and elegant, and the charging socket on the desk has USB/TYPE-C, which is very convenient;
Friendly and professional staff;
The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Empire State Building, Times Square, next to the New York Public Library and Bryant Park, and close to various bus stops at the subway entrance.
The surrounding security situation is safe, and there are no passers-by lying on the ground;
There are several Sichuan restaurants on the left and opposite of the store door, which are suitable for Chinese stomachs; there are also several bakeries nearby.

In short, because it is a newly renovated hotel in 22 years, even if it is not so famous, it is worth recommending.

All was perfect, as usual. Always coming back here for business trips to New York.

The room was great. You take the elevator from the first floor up to the 8th floor, then transfer to another elevator to reach the 50th floor.

For breakfast, the noodle toppings included beef and braised intestines. Both a young man at a nearby table and I helped ourselves to generous portions of beef. The Western pastries offered a wide variety, and there were three types of yogurt.

I especially want to praise the complimentary travel photography team. The makeup artist was exceptionally good—fast and highly skilled. The photographer was excellent at directing poses. Both of them were from Leshan and very good conversationalists, providing great emotional value. During photo selection, there was no hard selling; they were very friendly and offered many useful suggestions. If you're visiting and encounter a rainy day or have an hour and a half of free time, I highly recommend booking the hotel's travel photography service in advance. The photo editing made me look younger and 10 pounds lighter!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a fifteen-minute walk to Taikoo Li and five minutes to Tangba Street. Taxis are also readily available. The nearest wet market is Dongsheng Street Market, and if you're willing to walk a bit further, there's also Anju Tianya Market. I always believe that markets usually have excellent cold dishes/braised food shops, pre-selected by local residents, that you can take away. The great thing about Chengdu is that many shops have vacuum sealing machines.

Our room had a bathtub, and calling room service provided disposable bath liners. The in-room dining prices were also quite reasonable. The bellhop I encountered was very friendly.

🌟 Chengdu Kapok Hotel: Full Marks (Special shout-out to Bella)

I absolutely have to give full marks to the Chengdu Kapok Hotel and Bella! My stay this time exceeded all expectations; I was captivated the moment I stepped into the hotel.

📍 Excellent Location, Quiet Yet Central
The hotel is right next to MixC, a mere 5-minute walk to Shuangqiao Road subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. Tucked away in the bustling city is a garden-style courtyard, with beautiful scenery at every turn – so soothing.

🏨 Superb Design, Attention to Detail
CCD's design is simply brilliant! It perfectly blends Western Sichuan folk house style with modern aesthetics. The room was spacious and airy, the bedding soft – I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. The smart amenities were thoughtful, and the toiletries were high-quality, showcasing refinement everywhere.

👩‍💼 Bella's Service: Five Stars, Felt Like Home
I must give a special mention to Bella! She handled check-in efficiently and with a friendly demeanor, proactively introducing the hotel's highlights and local tips. Any requests were responded to incredibly quickly; she was attentive and professional, with a warm smile throughout, making me feel as comfortable as if I were home.

🍳 Rich Breakfast, Authentic Local Flavors
The breakfast offered a wide variety, from Western options to authentic Chengdu snacks. The food was delicious, a perfect start to an energetic day.

The overall experience was impeccable – design, service, and location were all top-notch, with Bella's service being an extra bonus! Next time I come to Chengdu, I'll definitely choose Kapok Hotel again and ask for Bella! I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Chengdu~

Every time I come for a concert, I stay at Kapok, from the very first Kapok to the current Hyatt Centric, the quality has always been consistently good. The soundproofing is excellent, service is okay, and cleanliness is top-notch. However, the room service was a bit slow; it took half an hour and a reminder call to the front desk for them to deliver my order at 4:30 PM.

Also, the cocktail voucher (which can be exchanged for a coffee voucher on Mondays and Tuesdays) requires an additional 9.9 for a latte. I feel this is a bit stingy. The cost for a latte could easily be covered, and offering any coffee without an extra charge wouldn't be a huge expense for them, but it would make a significant difference in the guest experience. Plus, the mini-bar doesn't have much to offer.

For the three-day Qingming Festival holiday, I planned a trip to Beijing Wildlife Park and chose this hotel for the first night. It was a perfect fit because the hotel stay included zoo tickets and the location was convenient.

**Location:** The hotel is integrated with Daxing Airport, so you can easily walk from the hotel to the airport without needing to go outside. This is extremely convenient for people with layovers or those catching an early flight the next day.

**Ambiance:** The hotel has a very stylish design, seamlessly blending with a large library and cultural creative center. You'll find books everywhere, and the cultural creative spaces are perfect for photos.

**Dining:** The Xiao Nan Guo restaurant at the hotel offers good quality dishes, and the breakfast spread is extensive.

**Amenities:** The gym and heated swimming pool are excellent.

Facilities: The Forest Cabin offers great views throughout and is quite spacious, perfect for large families. Each of the three rooms has its own private bathroom, which is very convenient. However, I have a suggestion regarding the hot spring bath: it would be better to have gender-separated bathrooms in or next to the changing rooms, rather than inside the hot spring area itself, for better privacy.
Cleanliness: Generally quite clean. The bedding and bathrooms were fine, and I didn't notice any overlooked dirty spots.
Service: The service was excellent. During the Chinese New Year holiday, we received welcome fruits and a snack gift bag upon check-in.
