It was such a memorable experience stay with Wyndham Garden. The hospitality by the staffs especially Fahmi, Bal and Rei was amazing and helpful. They upgraded our room to oceanview and their service was excellent. Will definitely come again when we visit Kamala Phuket!

Excellent hotel for the price. The breakfasts are superb, and the grounds are beautiful and functional. The staff is polite and approachable, and there's security on site. There's a good gym and even a kids' room. Housekeeping is daily, and the linens are clean and fresh. No mold or odors in the room. I loved it, I'll definitely be back again and again ❤️

Wonderful hotel! We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff is polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. The convenient location makes it easy to reach the main attractions. The hotel's atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely come back here again and recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances!

The hotel environment is fantastic! It's a brand new hotel, and everything, from the rooms to the public areas, feels fresh and new. It was a really comfortable stay. The beach is also lovely, with very fine, soft sand. It's mostly foreign tourists here, so it's quite peaceful. In the evenings, you can relax on the beach with a beer.

Facilities-wise, it has everything: a pool, a gym. It's also quite close to the airport, which is why a lot of airline crew members choose to stay here. Right outside the hotel, there's a small commercial street with supermarkets and restaurants, and the prices are very reasonable.

The service was excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming and explained all the check-in procedures thoroughly. Check-out was quick and efficient. All the staff were friendly, always greeting you with a nod and a 'Sawasdee ka'!

The cleanliness was top-notch; it was spotless and well-maintained. I love that feeling of everything being perfectly clean.

Breakfast was pretty basic, just some simple meals, but for the price, I wasn't expecting anything more.

Location-wise, it's very convenient, being close to the airport – just a 15-minute taxi ride. No need to worry about being late for your flight.

I booked a pool suite, and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast was decent. The hotel is located on a hill, about a 10-minute drive from Patong Beach, so transportation isn't very convenient. There aren't many public facilities either. Coming from the Pullman in Karon, I felt a significant drop in quality. It's not really suitable for a relaxing vacation.

Through my own choices I ended up booking three times for my 5 night stay so I will have 3 reviews I’m assuming. 

The first booking is for one night so I will give this review for the first night.

This resort is at a fair price point in my opinion as of when I made my reservations.

Now for the details:

Cleanliness - good but not great. Didn’t have any issues with the bath water like some other posts but did have issues with mosquitoes. The half bath of the one bedroom suite has a serious mosquito issue that I’ve notified them about. Not sure where they were coming in but somewhere in the half bath to the point that I would not go in to use it at all. They allowed me to move to another room for the 2nd night so I’ll write a separate review for that one. In the meantime, if you are given room D-204 please be aware and ask them if they have corrected the mosquito issue in the half bath.

Location - good. I prefer not to sleep in the middle of Patong although it is more convenient to be close to all the stores so this part is good for me especially when the hotel provides a shuttle to Patong. The property is on a hillside so there’s plenty of greeneries but it’s also challenging going up and down the hill when walking to and back from the hotel restaurants and pools.

Service - good. They were accommodating when I asked to move to another room due to the mosquito issue. They were also good to provide hand towels and wash clothes however I’ve never had to ask for any hotel to provide them after checking in. They were expected to be there already.

Amenities - excellent. The hotel provides shuttle to Patong. They have restaurants that are higher but not too overpriced. They have plenty of pools. There’s a spa and a gym onsite. Even an ATM!

I take reviews seriously and don’t do reviews on places that I haven’t used myself at least once and preferably twice. It is intended to help future customers and also for the hotel to correct issues.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The price was very affordable, especially considering the excellent location — it’s right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away. The design is simple and modern, nothing overly fancy, but clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Seeing that we had a child with us, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a more spacious room. The front desk offered luggage storage and umbrella rental services. When there was some noise outside our window for a while, the staff actively communicated and resolved the issue. Extending our stay was quick and easy. They even gave us two bottles of water when we left, which was a very considerate touch.

Ambiance: The hotel is right next to a subway station. Although it's a bit far from popular attractions, getting around by subway is incredibly convenient. The lobby is spacious and grand, and taxis can pull right up to the entrance.

Facilities: The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a great view. There was a bathtub, which was perfect since it was raining and we couldn't go out. Our child had a wonderful time taking a bath and playing in the water. There were two beds, one large and one small, which could be pushed together, making for a very comfortable sleep. The only minor issue was that the TV screen brightness was a bit low; I hope they can improve that.

Booked this hotel again! The staff are so friendly and proactively asked about my check-in time. They even upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise, and arranged for fresh fruit to be delivered to my room beforehand. The location is super convenient for food and getting around. The local Changsha rice noodle shop they recommended was delicious, especially the stir-fried topping! The hotel facilities are great, and the rooftop pool has a comfortable water temperature with nice views. A really pleasant stay overall.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend everyone stay here! (Seriously, this isn't an ad!)

**Service:** The service goes without saying! Miss No. 8 was amazing, so incredibly thoughtful and human-centered! She's truly an angel!

(Seriously, this isn't an ad. My little secret: I actually hope fewer people discover this gem of a hotel so I don't have to fight for a room, haha!)

The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new! The breakfast selection is plentiful. However, the biggest problem is the poor soundproofing of the rooms. It was impossible to sleep in the street-facing rooms due to the noise from passing trucks. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were still given a street-facing room, and we couldn't change rooms that night.

The hotel environment is really good, and it's conveniently located. We stayed here for New Year's Eve in Changsha and had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

I have to give this hotel a perfect score! The room lighting is fantastic; the sun pours in during the day, making it incredibly bright and airy, which made my stay super comfortable. The luggage service was the most thoughtful touch – there are dedicated luggage carts, so moving bags was effortless. Plus, the luggage storage was secure and reliable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. My entire stay and travel experience were absolutely top-notch. Thumbs up! 🎉🎈

We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom family suite for a week and absolutely loved the hotel. Here's what stood out: the rooms were new, cleaning was prompt, thorough, and excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were perfect. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained; staff were already watering lawns and gardeners were at work in the mornings. The pools and beach were clean, and we never had an issue finding sun loungers (there was a choice of sunbeds, hammocks, round beds, and cushions available). The breakfast spread, served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, was varied enough for anyone to find something they liked. The staff were very welcoming. A complimentary spa was included, and there were delicious restaurants on site. Additionally, barbecue dinners were available on the lawn. We sometimes ordered room service. Our child adored the sea-view pool (there's also another pool near the building). From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, there were foam parties for children, and on the way to the beach, there's a mini-zoo with guinea pigs and rabbits. We will definitely be back, but next time we'll stay in a villa. Thank you!

I would like to start with the positive side first. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in one of the best parts of the coastline.
Due to a visa delay, I had to arrive a few days late for my reservation. Even though I sent multiple emails asking for support, the hotel did not help at all and I lost several paid nights.
Housekeeping was quite late every day, and on the first day the towels and pillows had a humid smell. There is also ongoing construction around the hotel.
I have stayed in many Wyndham hotels before, but unfortunately this branch did not feel like the usual Wyndham quality. After getting to know the area better, I also think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

1. We received a complimentary afternoon tea set for two during our one-day stay, and it was exquisite.
2. The restaurant on the 29th floor has very reasonable prices, and the staff are incredibly welcoming.
3. The infinity pool is incredibly relaxing and provides a great atmosphere.

The stay was fantastic. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. All the staff was very kind, accommodating and helpful. They provided us with everything we need with a smile. They even provided free shuttle to tourist destinations near the hotel, one way free airport transfer and  when they learned that our flight was very early in the morning they gave us packed breakfast. The service is top notch. The location is near Hoi an old town. Again thank you especially to Sue and Vivian.
