The hotel service was excellent; they handled every request without any problem. The sweet potatoes at breakfast were delicious. When I asked where they came from, the restaurant immediately contacted a delivery person. Their thoughtful, accessible, and unreserved service deserves five stars.

Stayed in this hotel for three days, felt full of warmth, everyone's face was full of smiles, just like going home, playing in Kangbashi for three days, the front desk patiently introduced the surrounding attractions, returned to the room to clean, the mood is very comfortable, Especially the breakfast is called a rich and delicious, with special roast wheat, lamb, noodles, comfortable and happy to eat, because this hotel is also decisively decided to go to Hohhot next time, looking forward to the same experience.

The room is super big, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, the service attitude is super good, the breakfast is very rich, the most important thing is that the taste is super good, Chinese and Western food are available, the quality control is very good, I recommend everyone to try it. There are also many Mongolian gift shops around the hotel, and it is convenient to take home.

The lobby design is very high-end. The room facilities are very high-end. It is very convenient to use the bathroom. It is dry and wet. There is also a free snack drink breakfast. All are Inner Mongolian milk tea Mongolian sheepskin bar steamed and sold. There are many types. It is delicious. The location is very good. There is free parking. There are charging piles nearby. It is very convenient. There are many restaurants around.

It's really cold in the north, but this hotel's heating is excellent. And that's not all – the breakfast is fantastic! They have my absolute favorites, lamb offal soup and shumai, and I always manage to eat two steamers full. Plus, it's right by the subway, which makes getting around super convenient. 1. The room was well-heated but very dry, with no humidifier.

2. The front desk service was basically done after checking you in; it was just passable.

3. Let me mainly talk about the late-night snacks and breakfast. There were no late-night snacks at all, they said the chef was on vacation. As for breakfast, the place was small, the milk tea was made from milk tea powder, the baked buns tasted like cookies, and although they said it was handmade noodles, it wasn't at all. The egg sauce was an unnatural, unappetizing red. Overall, the breakfast was terrible, a complete sloppy affair.

The stay experience was very satisfactory, the overall environment was clean and tidy, the room was well lit and ventilated, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the hygiene was in place, no smell and no dust. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, and the needs can be responded in time. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The overall quiet and not noisy, very suitable for travel and living. The price is very high, the experience exceeds expectations, it is recommended, and I will choose here next time I stay.
