The condo we stayed in had a pretty view and was clean. However, we could hear everything from the unit above us, even their toilet flushing was loud. Laundry facilities in the main buildings are not marked. Machines are small, there's no place to sit or fold clothes.

No more issues. My family stayed last year and tried it again! This year we had a larger suite and it was beautiful. Absolutely the best! We stayed 3 days and booked early and got a good price. It was so good my brother and his family came and got a suite on the same floor! Zero negative issues, all hearts and flowers, we cannot recommend this too much.

We normally stay in a cabin. They were all booked for the time we were there. The lady at the reservation desk told us about these one bedroom units. They are newly remodeled. Everything was so fresh and clean. Decoration was beautiful and comfortable. They are close to downtown and Branson Landing. The only issue at all is that because everything in the unit is brand new the ‘new’ smell is a little strong which could bother some But that will settle down soon I am sure. The rate is very reasonable as well. I think we enjoy this more than the cabin

Roark Resort Stayed 3 nights in this resort through a great air bnb listed by a superhost named Matthew. I had a link here but Tripadvisor wanted me to take it out. I just wanted to give credit to the Host. So very pleased, New clean, Great location. I just cannot say enough about the wonderful experience of the host location. Every aspect was addressed and they were so very responsive. I highly recommend. Hugh pool, gym, full kitchen, big tvs ..the works.
