AC Hotel Bratislava Old Town Reviews

Location: The hotel is situated in Bratislava's Old Town, directly opposite the Presidential Palace. It's also super convenient, just two bus stops (bus #93) from the train station. The entrance might be small, but the decor is modern and fresh, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. There were quite a few Chinese guests. Service: Although they don't show much emotion, the staff were polite and professional. It seems like most people in Slovakia are a bit reserved; I noticed the same at restaurants. They're friendly and helpful, but just don't smile much. Facilities: The room was excellent and quite spacious. Full marks for that!

Overall very good experience. Love the high ceiling lobby. Well decorated, clean and not disturbing elements in the room. Will recommended to my friends to stay here.

Great location and rooms are very large and comfortable. Some of the staff are not particularly friendly but still enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast is quite simple, but the environment is clean and tidy, and the service is good. There are no fitness facilities.

+: friendly staff, nice location, spacious room, beautiful view -: The room was very clean, however there were Jewish religious books in the closet left by previous guests (or some sectarians left it on purpose), it seems that the housekeeping staff didn’t notice it. Lack of amenities.

Clean and genuine. The business facilities are good, and you can enjoy the beautiful Danube riverside scenery without even leaving the hotel.

Love this hotel, it is very near from everywhere. Mr.Patrik and Ms. Alexandra offered the toooop service, sosososo nice person they are. I will recommend my friend live here by too. Looking for live here next time🥳🥳🥳

The best hotel in Europe.

Great stay. We had an unexpectes upgrade. the room was spotless. The staff is superfriendly and accomodating. If we get the chance we will most definitely be back!

Terrible experience with the hotel. Our country was under attack and our flight was canceled, making it impossible for us to arrive. We asked the hotel to reschedule our vacation, but the manager refused, showing no understanding or compassion for our situation. This lack of humanity was deeply disappointing, and we are certain we will never book this hotel again.

The location is very convenient, tram is at every corner once we step out from the hotel. There’s many things to shop around.
