Love this hotel, it is very near from everywhere. Mr.Patrik and Ms. Alexandra offered the toooop service, sosososo nice person they are. I will recommend my friend live here by too. Looking for live here next time🥳🥳🥳

Great stay. We had an unexpectes upgrade. the room was spotless. The staff is superfriendly and accomodating. If we get the chance we will most definitely be back!

Terrible experience with the hotel. Our country was under attack and our flight was canceled, making it impossible for us to arrive. We asked the hotel to reschedule our vacation, but the manager refused, showing no understanding or compassion for our situation. This lack of humanity was deeply disappointing, and we are certain we will never book this hotel again.

The location is very convenient, tram is at every corner once we step out from the hotel. There’s many things to shop around.

The location is great, in the old town area, but not at the centre spot, which gives it a slightly calmer vibe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and I like that there is no carpet in the room. The bathtub had consistently hot water, it was nice. Breakfast was okay, with basic selections for this price range of hotel. The car park has a residence rate for overnight parking, but it doesn't show anywhere; you need to ask the front desk.

Very good, standard AC (Accommodation & Travel) level, worth the price. I contacted the hotel in advance about my birthday, and they gave me a small cake. The location is excellent; attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

This was our two-night stay in Slovakia. The hotel's location was excellent; taxis to the train station and Bratislava Castle cost only 4-5 euros. To get to the Old Town, just cross a pedestrian street and then another road to reach Michael's Gate, a 5-minute walk. There's a Bela supermarket on the second floor opposite the hotel, very convenient. Also nearby is the hidden gem restaurant Meštiansky pivovar, just a 3-4 minute walk away. It met all our needs for transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The room size was decent; two suitcases could be opened without a problem. The decor was relatively new. The only issue was the small shower room; water would overflow if the door wasn't closed properly. Breakfast was a standard Western buffet, nothing special. The buffets at the four hotels we stayed at were similar. There were many people there every day due to an organization holding a meeting, so I didn't experience the exceptional breakfasts mentioned in other reviews.
