"My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍"

"Terrible experience with the hotel. Our country was under attack and our flight was canceled, making it impossible for us to arrive. We asked the hotel to reschedule our vacation, but the manager refused, showing no understanding or compassion for our situation. This lack of humanity was deeply disappointing, and we are certain we will never book this hotel again."

"Another room received the same positive review. The single room in the shared room wasn't large, but it was sufficient. The triple room was very nice, with ample space, which was convenient for a group of three. The front desk staff were very professional and offered helpful suggestions whenever we needed assistance. We are very grateful for their patient help and hope they will see my positive review as well."

"The hotel is nice and close to the train station but a little inconvenient to get there. The neighborhood is not that nice but does appear to be safe. Mass transit is easy to access from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice. They are accommodating if you want to leave your luggage after you check out."
