"The newly opened hotel (just 2-3 months), is by far the best hotel in Brazza. Once you stepped in, you feel like in many other Radisson Blu hotels- comfort, cozy and yet- contemporary designed, with well decorated, equipped and styled rooms. Despite the fact that it was opened especially for the African games, held here in September, when it wan;t yet fully ready, you hardly feel it. Yes- the spa, swimming pool and gym are still under intensive construction, but other amenities are available. The rooms are large, with comfortable large bed ( I got the King) and linen. The bathroom has what it needs (except for missing tissues...). A safe deposit box, a 32" (I assume) LCD TV (with tens of channels), mini-bar- empty for your convenience to chill what you bring, and iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a comfortable work table and a small sofa. But there are no bath robes, coffee corner, although there's a kettle, but nothing to make coffee or tea with... Wi-fi signal is very strong in the room, and its complementary. The breakfast is rich, with variety of foods of any kind, and you can order coffee of any kind and eggs of any kind from the waiter/ess. The hotel bar offers all needed. All in all - a very good experience, including a friendly staff, although English is not spoken by all. Service was somewhat slow, when my colleagues asked for bottles of water, which I had by they didn't. The odd-numbered rooms have a view of the city, while the even numbered are looking at the Congo river."

"Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. The property is in clear need of renovation and better upkeep. I had to change rooms upon arrival due to a damaged headboard. While I was moved to an upgraded room, it still showed significant wear, including marked counters and a worn carpet. The towels appeared dingy, which added to the overall impression of poor maintenance. Breakfast was passable but did not stand out. With improvements to maintenance and refurbishment, the hotel could be much better, but in its current condition, it was disappointing."
