MMingwei_The front desk staff were quite nice and tried their best to help us with an early check-in. There's an ATM and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. However, traffic in Vietnam can be quite congested, so be prepared for potential delays if you're taking a taxi. The hotel service was good, and while breakfast was just okay, the service and the views were excellent.

MMarcusaaThe hotel was located at the downtown of HCM city, many tourists attractions nearby. There is a pool on top of the building, big enough for children to swim around. Rin and Sun was helpful with the check- in, and moving in and out the luggage, baby stroller etc.. They welcome with you an ice cold glass of juice while you check-in. Breakfast was good with many selections. Commended for every tourist visiting HCM city.

LLML and travelStayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved.
Pros:
• The location is very accessible and convenient, with many eateries and restaurants nearby.
• The rooms are very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.
• Good facilities including a yoga room, gym, and a self-service laundry. Do note that the laundry operates only from 9am to 9pm, as the staff switch off the electricity supply afterward. This is understandable since Room 1103 is located right outside the laundry room, and the machines could be quite noisy for guests if they ran late into the night.
Cons:
• Soundproofing could be better — I could hear music coming from a neighboring room.
• Road noise can be noticeable due to honking, and there was some sort of event on Sunday morning which made it difficult to sleep in.
• I booked a Deluxe Balcony City View room, but there was no desk or study table, which made it difficult to do even simple work while in the room.
Overall, it’s a clean and conveniently located place with good facilities, but better soundproofing and a workspace in the room would improve the stay.

The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff were all friendly and enthusiastic, cleaning the room meticulously every day. The swimming pool and gym were great amenities, and the rooftop restaurant offered fantastic dining.

VVictor HankIs very 5 star hotel and service is very high class. The room is also very clean. However, the room is abit squeezy but overall is good experience. One night SGD 160 is quite reasonable. The concierge team is very experience and friendly in helping us find a 24 hour clinic. The view at floor 25 is really good. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which can see the whole of HCMC cityview.

The breakfast had fresh and delicious fruit, and a great variety of vegetable and meat dishes, an excellent choice! The location is superb, right by Ho Chi Minh Square.

VVilMy stay at Rivergate Central was fairly straightforward, though the check-in process was a little unconventional compared to typical hotels. Instead of a front desk, I had to WhatsApp the provided number, and a staff member came down to meet me at the lobby. That said, the response was quick and efficient, so it didn’t feel inconvenient.
One thing to note is their rule regarding luggage — if you’re carrying any, you’re required to use the service lift. It’s a bit unusual, so it’s good to be aware of this beforehand to avoid any confusion.
The room itself was simple and cosy, equipped with basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, and sink. It’s not luxurious, but it does the job for a short stay. Cleanliness was decent overall, though nothing particularly standout.
Checkout was very fuss-free. All I had to do was take a photo of the key and send it to the group chat they added me to, and that was it.
Overall, a no-frills stay with a unique system — suitable if you’re looking for something simple and efficient.

AAiri KExcellent value! We even got a room upgrade. The room was a good size, with a bidet spray and smart TV. The staff were incredibly helpful; we were able to check in early, getting our room around 11 AM. They were always there to open doors for us and even helped us track our Grab rides, making sure the right car arrived. Fantastic service all around! The location is great, close to Saigon Square, KOI cafe, 7-11, Phela, and Highlands Coffee. It's just a short walk to the main road on the other side, and you can even walk to the Cafe Apartment if you're up for it. Right next to the hotel is a souvenir shop. The only downsides are that there's a restaurant/bar across the street, so it can get noisy at night, and the bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
