Very disappointed with the cleaning level, the bed sheet was dirty and not a new or clean one, they probably changed it once a week. The towels is the worse thing, they have a spice smell, and they are definitely not clean. Very disappointed experience! The location is good btw

The receipt Bibek was excellent. I really appreciate his help and friendliness and the way he resolve problems.  Excellent guy and it was him that made my stay unforgettable.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and close to everything I needed. The services provided exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and I will definitely come back in the future!

Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.

It was all good, except the key card for lift and room access was always a problem. I need to go to the reception couple times a day. The staff was very helpful though.

The room is spacious, the staff is courteous, the breakfast variety is sufficient, and the restaurant environment is comfortable. It is very convenient to get to and from Heathrow, so it is very suitable for family guests. However, there are few restaurants or shops nearby.

The environmental sanitation is ok. You can stay wherever you want because the location is a bit remote and there is nothing special nearby.

The check-in staff was really friendly! I had a comfortable stay The room was spacious and in good condition.

You still have to look for the hotel chain. You won’t step into any trap. The price is very low if you book early. I will always book hotel chains of this brand.
