Nice hotel, good breakfast.  Room was nice, however, the shower had a few mold spots and the glass shower door wasn’t functional making it hard to step out of the high tub.  Overall it was a nice stay.

The room was amazing and clean. It had a nice aroma. The staff were polite and helpful too. Breakfast was very good. The location was ideal because we didn't want to go into London and it was bang on the exit from London.

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Great pool and gym. The breakfast was ok but staff slow in replenishing. Evening meals on expensive side and staff could be friendlier. But nice hotel.

The hotel London looks good on hardware from outside. It looks new and bright. My room located on the 1st floor and windows can't be opened as public is talking on the gf. The air-conditioning is not worked. Most problem is the service. No refill on the drinking water, shampoo and bath gel. The sink water cannot flow away. Although reported to the front desk on the second morning, none improvement has been made. The shower is not good enough as well. You have to bring Quite wonder if the housekeeping department is on duty or not.

This is a very safe area of London that’s not too far from the airport.

The stay was great. The beds are comfortable and clean. Thanks to the housekeepers and the reception were very helpful. Overall stay was good. The nearest subway (south Ealing station) approximately 1.4km ard 17mins walk

The hotel tried to carry out fraud by overcharging me. Some of the staff were to busy socialising and having a good time, rather seeing to customers. During the Mercedes-Benz event which was being held at the restaurant where breakfast was being held, customers were complaining about the noise and how hotel staff were prioritising them. Dishes were stacking up, food was running out, however no one cared. Furthermore, the executive rooms are misleading, they are more like a deluxe, shoe box size.
