Anything but grand. The glam photos on various accommodation booking sites bear zero resemblance to the shabby and tired flat provided at this property. First warning bell, the host had to ‘check’ it was ready before we entered. After paying the additional £90 cleaning fee plus £90 utility fee and after the host left we found broken wardrobe doors and vertical blinds. Damaged furniture in living and bedrooms. Filthy dishwasher with ill fitting door. Mouldy wet areas and washing machine. Cracked induction cooktop. Half dead roses on the dining table. It stank of cheap air freshener. Scuff marks on walls in every room. Two thin, scratchy towels provided for a five night stay. House rules banned use of other towels without the “express permission” of the host. Only advantage was a five minute walk to a great pub and Kew Bridge Rail Station.

This was perfect distance from London & other attractions…shopping handy for groceries…accommodated our 2 families beautifully with adjoining apartments…had a fantastic time.
