Bad experience with the host Debiting the credit card of a guest who had to cancel his stay at short notice is perfectly O.K. , as otherwise this would mean a loss of earnings. However, renting the room quickly again to another guest for 3 days (out of 6 days originally booked) without reimbursing the first guest ---- that is double earning on the back of the first guest --- and that is not at all O.K.

An excellent B and B. Perfect location for town, station and quiet. Clean well equipped spacious room. Helpful friendly host. Best breakfast ever! Very good value. I highly recommend

An amazing place in the center of Brescia, the staff was amazing! Super kind and helpful! Breakfast was great linen & towels new, the room was in a great shape, modern and top designed.
They even helped us manage with the suitcases and took care of our parking slot. I am recommending this amazing place. Thanks you so much for a wonderful adventure.

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato il 15 dic.20023 in due camere, entrambe molto confortevoli, luminose, pulite e graziosamente arredate; il bagno spazioso e adeguato. La colazione ottima ,varia e ricca. I proprietari molto gentili e ospitali. Super consigliato.

Excelente B&B cerca del centro histórico de Brescia, habitacion pequeña pero impecable de limpia. Lo contrate pocos dias antes de llegar, y solo quedaba una habitacion economica, pero la realidad que fue comoda, excelente colchón. baño pequeño pero limpio. Solo estuve una noche.El dueño muy amable. El desayuno muy completo. Estacionamiento enfrente pagando creo 10 euros la noche (hay un cuidador de coche) y a el le pagas. Wifi, muy bueno. Excelente precio/calidad. Recomiendo este B&B para conocer Brescia que es muy linda (muchas iglesias y un hermoso centro historico)

Affitare una stanze che è gia stata pagata Poiché il mio medico mi ha dichiarato non idoneo a viaggiare 1 giorno prima della partanza, purtroppo ho dovuto annulare. Il proprietario del b+b si è rifutato di posticipare la mia prenotazione a un'altra data. Mi ha rinunciato a 60€ dal prezzo totale di 360€, se per spese risparmiate per la colazione (come al solito in Germania) o 1 notte non è noto. Sulla mia carta di creditio sono stati addebitati 300€. A me serebbe O.K., dal momento che avrebbe perso i suoi guadagni a causa del mio rifiuto. Tuttavia, tutt'altro, ha incassato due volte. Ha nuovamente affitato la stanza già pagata per il 13/5, il 16/5 e il 17/5/23, come si può vedere dalla sua lista di occupanti, che ha incautamente messo online. Tutte le richieste di rimborso di almeno l' importo per 2 giorni di affitto doppio non hanno avuto successo. Contrarieament al suo solito modo di riferire costamente, no ho piu sue notizie. Non è solo cattivo stile, è contro tutte le regole.
