We stayed at this hotel as a family. Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained, but there were a few things that could be improved. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find only one bottle of water provided for four guests, which felt insufficient. The room itself was tidy, but the toilet unfortunately had a bit of a smell. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, one inconvenience was the ironing situation — there was no iron available in the room, and the hotel could not provide one to us. Instead, we had to go downstairs to use the ironing room, which was not ideal when traveling with family. Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the cleanliness and great staff, but with some improvements in amenities, it could be much better.

Clean and comfortable, one of the tips would be to walk directly to the city instead of taking the metro. The walk to the city is only around 20mins

A hotel I frequently use during my business trips. It provides a stable level of satisfaction.

The hotel was very clean, the room was large, the hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. On a negative note, the pool was closed, although it was always available when booking.

Everything is great. Maybe they are not used to sluggish Italian service :) It is strange that you can't order an omelette for breakfast at Novotel. The restaurant administrator chased the child away from the TV when he was watching football. Some kind of wrong attitude towards children. When checking in, we waited exactly for the official check-in time, although they promised to check us in 15 minutes before - we are not offended: zoomers (there were young people at the counter) - they are all like that :)))

The room is old, the hygiene is OK, and the breakfast is average. It is close to the train station and there are two supermarkets nearby, which is quite convenient

Everything perfect, welcoming environment, very good dinner with excellent price thanks to trip offer. Very satisfied.
