The Chimes

Can't think of a way that The Chimes could improve. The building is lovely and airy, the room was spacious and clean and the breakfasts were awesome. Great location. Also has free parking as a bonus. Donna and Andy are brilliant hosts - will 100% be back!

Wouldn’t change nothing Donna is the most lovely person she made us so welcome and hats off to to Donna’s husband for the exceptional breakfast we honestly can’t fault anything and can’t wait to return even the other guests where so friendly and loved it ❤️

The guest house is perfectly situated. The room v clean the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is second to none would recommend to anyone.we shall definitely return.Would like to say that Andy and Donna are two really nice people make you feel at home straight away.

this is the 4th time we have been here this year, because of family we can only get away for 4 nights and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, we love Brid and this bed and breakfast, Donna and Andy run a lovely place, warm ,friendly and cosy , the breakfast is wonderful, just a short walk from the front and shops but its nice and quiet at night. We will be back next year.

I've just got home, stayed 2 nights and it was just what i hoped for. Very clean, very comfortable, lush bed, great shower and only a few minutes from the beach and the Spa etc. Donna is THE loveliest person and is perfect for the business. She's very welcoming and friendly and i felt at home. I missed breakfast the first morning (my fault, late night and the comfiest bed as mentioned). I was on time for breakfast the 2nd morning and it was perfect, faultless. Proper good black coffee too. Yorkshire tea bags in the bedroom as the cherry on top and those biscuits were bloody ideal for my late night munchies. I will be back. PS. The people of Brid were as friendliest as expected. 5/5 absolutely amazing stay, Donna was very welcoming and such a lovely lady, Andy’s breakfast is by far the best we’ve had in any of our stays anywhere, my son says his scrambled was the best he’s ever had, rooms clean and comfortable everything you need including tea and coffee facilities and extras if needed was left out for guests, 5 minutes walk to all amenities, we will definitely be back to stay again, very quiet we didn’t hear any noise we stayed in room 8 which was a family room there was plenty of room for 2 adults and a teenager, good size en-suite, no downsides to this guest house and its hosts at all, lovely stay and we will definitely be back ☺️ xx
