This hotel has no air conditioning and they only provided a non working fan. The room was so stuffy and the window could no be opened as well. We were as though ‘cook’ in an oven. They said they had informed but during the booking, there was no information that there was no air conditioning. In the first place, no one will ever want to book a hotel without AC.

Last week, London was experiencing a heatwave, and I specifically confirmed with Trip.com whether the hotel had air conditioning before booking, and they assured me it did. After a 1 hour and 50-minute drive, I arrived only to find out there wasn't any. The disappointment at that moment was immense. However, I'm incredibly grateful to Trip.com customer service agent Xiao Lu'er for patiently helping to coordinate and resolve the issue. Thankfully, the temperature by the sea was much lower than in London, and the room also had a fan. The hotel also had a fan pub on the ground floor, where I watched the World Cup group stage match between France and England. Overall, the experience was still good. Parking was also very convenient, with direct access from the car park to the hotel. Thank you, Trip.com, for your assistance overseas.

Terrible experiences as hotel no a/c at all, I had slept in a hot temperature for all day and night, I checked with hotel reception as I was told they were informed all the booking platforms long time ago about the hotel under a/c maintenance work, but there is nothing mentioned on the trip.com when I booked the room and at the end, I had to cancel my stay and move to another hotel, although trip.com has been contacted for an assist but somehow, I had to work around all the alternative by myself

The room was huge, the location was excellent, and the facilities were great. The only minor drawback was that there was some mold in parts of the bathroom.

My third time staying here! Every time I visit Brighton, this is my go-to hotel. Excellent location with beautiful sea views, close to the beach, and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The price is very reasonable too. The only issue this time was the AC being upgraded during a heatwave. They provided a fan, but it was still quite hot. Still, I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

We only managed to get a side view room, but the view was still spectacular and we got to see a large part of the ocean. The room was very clean and spacious. Location is right opposite to the 360 attraction, probably a one-minute walk. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Odeon cinema. Quite close to Palace Pier and Churchill Square Mall too. Parking is really convenient too.
