Couldn't check in early. The room was quite spacious, but the breakfast was a letdown! Very limited variety, just meat, eggs, milk, and coffee. Not much fruit either. The taste was also very ordinary, not as good as other reviews suggested. The front desk seemed quite busy.

The room is great with all the amenities available. Staff are really nice and helpful. The only thing that the hotel could improve is cleanliness of the duvet. I could see some stinks on it despite the fact that the duvet cover is clean. And also just a recommendation for the hotel, it would be great to serve the guests with disposable slippers for the hygiene of the room as it would be a bit inconvenient for travellers to step in the room without slippers

Facilities: It has a kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave, which was a nice comfort for my Chinese stomach after eating too much Western food. Cleanliness: There's no trash room, so disposing of rubbish was a bit inconvenient. Environment: Although it's next to the train station, it's surprisingly quiet. Service: Excellent.

It’s cheaper than other comparable options in the area, and its location by the station, as well as the breakfast (which was better than we were expecting), make it a solid choice. Everything seems relatively new and the service was friendly. The only slight issue was that the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain very well.

The rooms are really luxurious, even better than a 5-star hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's right next to Brighton Goods Station and includes breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay for a few days! Wonderful location next to the train station! A fair bit of noise from building right out side our window, but never the less the staff were incredible! If you stay here I would advise to bring some £1 coins for the pool table! They don’t give change or anything

Friendly staff, large room space with AC, good sound insulation even is near the elevator, we didn’t hear any noise, good quality of sleeping. Tiny breakfast options, only eggs, banco, bread and yogurt. And the terrible is low water pressure, the water flow is very very weak.
