Beautiful hotel with a lovely comfortable room, fantastic service from the staff and the food was excellent. We had the fixed price 3 course menu and it was superb value. Would definitely recommend the hotel especially for a special occasion.

Very nice hotel with good position. Big and quiet room with very spacious bathroom.

I booked two deluxe sea-view rooms and specifically requested high floors, quiet rooms, and proximity to the elevator in my Ctrip notes. I even reconfirmed these preferences with Ctrip the day before arrival. However, I was given two dark, corner rooms on what felt like a half-basement level, which looked nothing like the deluxe sea-view rooms pictured on my booking. I'm currently still in discussions with Ctrip about this.

A wonderful location right in the seafront in Brighton. An iconic hotel that exudes history. Staff were attentive, friendly and caring. CYAN restaurant set in a great setting with the staff keeping us a sea view seat. Menu was great value at £32 per person for two courses. Only disappointment was the room which we couldn’t upgrade.

The hotel has a great atmosphere. Just across the road downstairs is the beach, where you can lie on the sand and enjoy a beer. The town itself is also perfect for sightseeing.

The sea-view room is definitely worth it, and the breakfast with a beautiful view offers great value for money.

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the check-in team kindly offered complimentary drinks for my son and me. I was delighted to find a bottle of red wine and a lovely birthday card waiting in the room, which made the celebration extra special. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and I really enjoyed the coffee selection. The breakfast area was excellent, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing with a drink. They truly made my birthday special. All the staff and the concierge team were lovely . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return for sure. Thank you, the Grand Hotel.

Stayed here on numerous occasions and it is called the Grand for a reason.. Rooms are stunning and the service is great too but it’s the location of the hotel itself..

In Brighton for the weekend, couldn’t recommend a better place to stay! Staff were great, hotel was lovely and the location is excellent

Booked the Grand for my birthday weekend, the hotel was very nice, the staff were great and the location was spot on. The only downside was that you have to pay £40 a day for the to park your car and it’s a first come first served policy, so if you want your car parked at the grand make sure you get to the hotel before noon as the car park will be full.
