Four Points flex by Sheraton Brighton

Lovely hotel near the beach, can easily walk to different spots. Spacious bathroom and nice shower. We had a great stay here for 3 nights.

Quite hotel.. very satisfied to stay..

I could only manage one night out of the five I'd originally booked in this hotel. The room was stuffy, barely furnished and had an overall rundown feel to it. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can hear the ceiling creaking and squeaking as someone walks upstairs. The rooms come with no aircon, and the windows can open so little that there's no airflow. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel in summer, the rooms are as hot as ovens. Not to mention the waiting time for the only lift. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested, knowing we're in the midst of a heatwave, they didn't even offer a fan, as if they're unaware of the state of the rooms. The only positive aspect is the location, but there are many other hotels around, within the same range of price. Do yourself a favor and book another one.

We ordered a twin room & were given a triple with a single chair so very crowded. Bathroom both in need upkeep and hooks for towels/clothes etc. We were allocated room 111. In addition we had booked a double room for our daughter for two nights. She was allocated room 308 which was described as a family room. A double bed & two single beds. This had very limited storage with no hanging space. In both cases the lift did not serve floors directly with a need to use stairs. On checking we discovered that hotel only operating under Sheraton for a short number of months. Layout & condition of these rooms, lack of proper dinning facilities or dinner indicate more like a hostel than hotel. Breakfast choice very limited & badly monitored as staff had to be reminded to put food in when empty. Tea/Coffee/Juices also not replenished or labelled well. Coffee really barely drinkable!!

Good place to stay near the beach.
