Lovely, clean, comfortable room. Lovely, clean, comfortable room. Serg? very helpful and informative. Air.con good. Good location. Only negative eco wise- sink plug didn’t work so had to keep running water, plug also didn’t work when open so more running water to clean basin.

Overall great, we arrived late in the evening but had received an email with very clear instructions on how to self check-in. Good location and restaurants close by. Breakfast is offered in a local cafe and includes a pastry and a coffee. The room was clean and a reasonable size. The bed was very very soft which is the reason for the 4 stars. Overall it's a good place to stay for one night if you fly into brindisi late at night. The host at reception was very helpful and suggested some places to see before we left brindisi. This was a nice touch.

The host sent a text on what’sapp to show us how to access the property, complete with a very helpful video, which was made check in a breeze. The room was spcious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I recommend Cairoli Exclusive rooms and suites to all travelers in Brindisi.
