We absolutely love this place. It’s centrally located in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything—parklands, shopping malls, gift shops, and more. The service is excellent, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

OMG, I absolutely have to leave a good review for this hotel! I told the front desk lady I was super tired and hadn't slept well last night, and she even let me check in early. The environment here is top-notch, truly fantastic, and completely worth the price. The night view is incredible! I had originally booked another hotel, Ascot Budget Inn & Residences, and the environment there was absolutely disgusting. The beds weren't even cleaned! I booked for three nights but checked out after just one and quickly rebooked this place instead.

Decoration in the lobby was nice and had a retro feel. The room was transformed from an old Bank insurance vault which caused the walls very thick. There was kitchen area and dining area with kitchenware and tableware, very friendly to those who’d like to cook meal.However, the whole room was not bright enough due to the small window opposites to another building.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to Queen Street and the Brisbane River. The lobby has a unique design, and the room decor is also quite nice. It's a very comfortable stay. Parking is also quite convenient.

Overall very pleasant experience. Clean and well prepared rooms. Enough space to place the luggages. Staff members are very polite and helpful. A king sized bed was mistakenly placed for us when we requested 2 regular sized beds. The staff offered to send in a bed as a compromise for one night, and the man who brought the bed to our room was very polite and careful. The location is also close to a bunch of spots and food courts, making it an excellent choice to stay at for multiple days.

Location is quite convenient as it is close to Queen Plaza, Queen Street Mall, and the bus station. The staff is friendly and supportive. Check-in and check-out are fast and efficient. The room is spacious. The windows give us a view of both "The Wheel of Brisbane" and "Brisbane river"
