Check-in time at this hotel is very late, rooms aren't available until 3 PM. This hotel must be the tallest in Brisbane. It's great for those who like to cook for themselves, no problem at all.

The location is convenient, right in the city center, so it's easy to just go downstairs and walk around. Parking is A$45 per day; you need to get a card from the front desk first, and then you can use it for multiple entries. The facilities are not as good as the Meriton on the Gold Coast; it might be a bit older now. Also, having only one bathroom for a two-bedroom apartment is inconvenient. The pool doesn't provide towels, so you have to bring your own down, then ask housekeeping to send some up. However, the high-floor views are quite nice.

The rooms are very convenient for large families, and the view is excellent. Staying on the 72nd floor offers great city views.

Very convenient location with many supermarkets nearby, and close to the Town Hall – mostly within walking distance. Wish the hotel floors were a bit higher though. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered free milk.

The hotel doesn't provide complimentary disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers; guests have to purchase them. Furthermore, room cleaning is only done every three days, and bath towels and regular towels are not replaced during this period.
