They have THE BEST breakfast super taste, quality and so friendly. The room housekeeping is exactly the opposite. I hv to complain for 2 days in a row because they do not clean at all. After that they decide to do the best housekeeping. Room is dusty. You can see the remote is so dusty.

Really great hotel in the centre of Brisbane! Great facilities, however, pool is shaded from around midday and not many sunbeds beds so would need to arrive earlier to secure a lounger! Despite this, had a really great stay and what a lovely way to end my travels.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Queen Street. You can easily walk to South Bank just by crossing the bridge, and public transportation nearby is very convenient. My room type booking was incorrect due to an issue with Ctrip, but it was resolved very quickly, and the hotel staff were very proactive. The breakfast was good, and staying in a triple room with two people was very comfortable, as it had two bathrooms. Room cleaning was also done promptly. Overall, I highly recommend it. The front desk supervisor is Chinese and speaks Mandarin, which made communication very smooth.

The location is superb. It located right at the CBD. Very easy to get around. The service was fast especially the check in process. We arrived early and got check in very fast. We complain about the cleanliness and staff was attentive upon the request we made. The staff were very nice.We got a free upgrade from 13th floor to 21st floor. The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average.

Great stay! Rooms are a bit small but have everything and very clean! Buffet breakfast was amazing. Service was outstanding! Only downsize was trying to find the hotel! Hidden in alleyway feels a bit odd. Would stay again!

The location was prime. The room was clean however it is the first ever hotel that did not provide complimentary water. I’m very disappointed by such arrangement.
