Perfect hotel with great services I will come back again

Very happy with our stay. Front desk are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and nice. Worth the value for money.

The room was great, clean, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was pretty good. But the best part was definitely the location! There are so many places to eat nearby, and South Bank Park is within walking distance.

Great location and service. Breakfast was amazing but quite busy around 7.30-8. Service at the bar was great as well as good tips from the concierge.

The location and environment are decent, but the service definitely needs improvement. We called the front desk five times, and two of our requests were completely forgotten. One was for car retrieval; we waited downstairs for over ten minutes only to find out the front desk hadn't notified the valet. During that time, no one even bothered to ask if we needed assistance. The second was a request for a comb in the evening, which never arrived even by the time we checked out. There were many staff members in the lobby, but everyone seemed quite apathetic. Perhaps because we are foreigners, they weren't interested in interacting with us. I'd advise anyone looking for a comfortable experience that Brisbane has plenty of better hotel options.

The front desk wasn't very welcoming to Chinese guests. The bedding had yellow stains on it. They gave us a connecting room, and when we asked to change, they told us to go downstairs and do it ourselves. We went, but then they told us there were no other rooms available. It was a complete hassle for nothing. There's no real view, and there's even a construction site nearby. The location isn't as good as the W Hotel; if you're coming to Brisbane, I'd still recommend the W. The best part was the Chinese auntie at breakfast; she was super warm and friendly.

I was given a connecting room, and during my stay, the power kept cutting out intermittently. I had to go to the door and swipe my room card to get the electricity back on. The staff's attitude towards resolving the issue was also very poor.

Nested in a nice location in between the botanical garden and city centre. Food variety and replenish rate can be better at the lounge area during peak periods over the weekends. Can ask for hot chocolate and omelette which area not on display (nice touch) Water pressure for the showers can be higher. Besides that, everything else is great!

Friendly staffs and the room is big. Very clean. Location is also convenient, many Asian and Western restaurant around.

Great house, suitable for both families and business travelers.

Stayed 3 nights Location was great and staff helpful. Pool was enjoyable with the pool bar only complaint it lacked sun due being a lower level pool.

The location and cleanliness were both excellent.
