Mercure Brisbane King George Square

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. Sharing facilities with the adjacent Pullman is a huge bonus. We were even able to check in early at 11 AM, which was a great experience. The room view was also amazing. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and the value for money is outstanding! Highly recommended!!

The hotel's location is pretty good. There's a bus stop right outside, it's next to City Hall, and Queen Street is just across the road, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. To get to South Bank Parklands, you can take the bus or walk. I usually take the bus there and walk back. Mercure Brisbane King George Square shares a lobby with Pullman, and I spent quite a while looking for it at first because I didn't know. The hotel facilities are quite old. The elevator is dated and very noisy, even a bit scary. The carpets and sofas in the hotel aren't very clean, and the hygiene needs improvement. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor next to the elevators. You can see the street view if you sit by the window. The breakfast itself is decent, and they have freshly made omelettes.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The subway station is right outside the door, and there's a shopping complex next door. South Bank Parklands is just across the bridge. Overall, it's quite convenient.

Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and tried their best to accommodate my needs. Environment: Located in Brisbane city center, King George Square is just across the street, and the pedestrian street is a bit further. It's about a 400-meter walk to Brisbane Central Station, and two blocks to the Queen Street Bus Station (it's underground, so you need to take stairs). Cleanliness: It was relatively clean, but the carpet was a bit dusty. Facilities: The elevators are a bit old but mostly functional. All the room's appliances work, and the central air conditioning is powerful.

Perfect location, delicious breakfast, and a lovely exterior – it was wonderful. The interior of the breakfast area was also beautiful, and I ended up taking several photos. I plan to stay here again next time.
