Great hotel. Customer service was outstanding and room was lovely. Very reasonable rate for location. Only awarding 4 stars because the pool is marketed so heavily in promotions but when we arrived it was quite small and very busy. We had planned on a relaxing afternoon by the pool but this wasn't really possible due to the compact nature of the pool and pool area so we made use of the local bars instead. If you are planning a stay with the intention of pool side relaxation, whilst the view is lovely I am not sure it is the right hotel for this kind of break. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location. Biggest drawback was the general public having access to and using the pool. As a hotel guest, especially on a 36deg day, I expect to have access to the hotel facilities, and not have to sit on the floor because a group of rowdy drunks can head up the public access lift to the pool area, take majority of the deck chairs and have absolutely no regard for anyone else. And the hotel staff do nothing about it other than continue to serve them more drinks. I get that Fiume is a public bar, but surely access to the actual pool could be by hotel access chip/card!

Nice modern hotel. We did the room facing the rock wall and it was quiet on a weekend night. Beds were veru comfortable. The location is great with a ton of food options wothin walking distance right on the wharf

The location of the hotel is amazing and that's where it ends.....The whole experience just left me cold. Nothing outstanding at all.

Not great room layout , meant the bed adjoins the doorway = noise and a bright light under the door.
Other rooms may have different layouts.
Pool was compact , perfect temperature and refreshing way to wake up.
Mews served a good breakfast with smiles .
I would stay again.

Booked a river view room, expecting to get a Story Bridge view as per the photos on the website. Unfortunately we were at the end of the building, not facing the bridge, which was very disappointing.

I loved the boutique feel of the hotel. I do think it unfair that you have to pay to park your car as a lot of hotels dont charge.
