Management was unresponsive, unprofessional and made me feel very unsafe—constant delays in basic service, poor maintenance and overall a toxic atmosphere. Worst stay of my life. One star

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved my stay at The One Residences, 8 Adelaide St by Astra Apartments Brisbane! The apartment is modern, clean and furnished, with stunning river and city views. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas made it feel like home. It also features a pool and sauna, and the team was friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the whole experience effortless. Perfect for both short stays and longer visits…highly recommended! I also highly recommend The Oaks, 108 Albert St by Astra Apartments, which boasts a rooftop pool, BBQ area, sauna, and a spacious apartment with a balcony…another fantastic option for a relaxing stay in Brisbane.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The location, the view, and the rooms were generously spacious. We used the gym and pool every day, and the facilities were exceptional.

Very professional and friendly staff, apartment very clean with great views over the Brisbane river, have stayed many times and great for family with excellent swimming pool, very central and easy walk to restaurants and city centre.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. Everything was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how well the apartment was equipped — it felt just like home.

Spectacular views of the Story Bridge and the river. Well positioned to eat and drink at the many restaurants and bars at the Howard Smith Wharf complex. Easy drop-off and pickup when using taxis and Uber. Would stay there again.
