Location is good. The place has lighting which makes it feel like it is an old run down hotel. Service was okay. I asked for ice and was told to go to ground floor. Don’t expect this from Radisson hotel chain. Carpets feel old. Lighting needs a bit of work to make it modern.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed! An empty plastic bottle was on the table which was supposed left by the last guest. There’s still evidence of someone else lying on the pillow. Apparently, no one has cleaned this room since the last guest left.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it was a comfortable nights sleep and the room was warm

The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol.

Three major advantages: 1) The room is really large and generous! Even the bathroom is very big and has a bathtub 2) The view from the top floor is great 3) The location is very good, just downstairs is the bus stop, and the airport bus stop is a two-minute walk away Three major shortcomings: 1) The room is too old and not well maintained. 2) There is no socket at the bedside, which is inconvenient. 3) The heating in the room can be turned up to the maximum to ensure that it is "not cold" but cannot be said to be "warm". Breakfast is still a typical English breakfast. In addition, the front desk is also very friendly, but when I asked for slippers, the final reply was "There are no slippers" (??)

The hotel is very good in every aspect. It is also very close to the city. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. There are also many city walk places around. I will consider it again next time.

Strongly not recommended. It feels like the worst Radisson hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is more like a student dormitory. The facilities are old and the cleaning is not clean.
