This was absolutely a great hotel with great location. Excellent services , you must take the breakfast if you stay there. Highly recommend for family trip and business. Close to all facilities.. will book again whenever I go there .

Situated centrally but accessible for cars, the Delta Hotel works fine for a stopover night prior to a flight Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities. Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive. Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully! The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table! Because the Premier Inn (PI) hotel car park was quite small, I couldn’t find a parking slot one day and was suggested to park the car at the car park of holiday inn (HI). The staff said they would provide us a discount voucher. Later when we gave the HI car park entrance ticket to the PI hotel staff for the discount voucher, the staff JUST returned us with the discount voucher (which very much looked like the entrance ticket) but not with the entrance ticket as well. At that time we did not notice this. Until we wanted to drive out from the HI car park, we found that the one we got back from the PI staff was a voucher! We went back the PI for help and would like the staff to check whether the entrance ticket was left somewhere at the check-in counter at the lobby. It’s because when the voucher (which looked like the entrance ticket) was returned to us, we were sure that only the voucher was returned but not with the entrance ticket. However the staff became very rude and refused to check for us (she did not even called the staff who dealt with the car park voucher for us last time). I think she was very irresponsible! She just asked us to call the HI car park manager, who never caught our calls. We actually did not mind to pay the parking fee. We just wanted to drive out from the HI carpark. Finally, after 2 hours, problem was solved!! We were suggested by the HI carpark staff that we actually could simply press the button “lost ticket” on the pay machine located at the HI carpark and pay the fee. I think the PI staff should have provided us with more information about how we could deal with this problem and should have called her colleagues about the loss of HI carpark ticket. It must be somewhere at the PI check-in counter where we gave it to the staff earlier. Therefore, due to the irresponsibility of the rude staff, I don’t really recommend staying at this hotel if you drive to Bristol. On the other hand, other staff were polite, helpful and friendly.

A place in heart of Bristol city center. A place just to crash for night sleep . Don't expect to have a relaxing day in the hotel . Hotel itself has maze of stairs up and down . Building is historical. Rooms layout is not good for people who don't like doing stairs and can get confused easily where to go . Overall it's okay for few nights sleep . 🙂🙂🙂

I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol, and it was a pleasant experience overall. One of the best aspects was the location—just an 8-minute walk from Temple Meads train station. The weather was sunny, making the walk really enjoyable, though there are a few stairs along the way to keep in mind. We arrived earlier than expected at 10:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already ready. That was a great start to our stay! Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and spotlessly clean, except for some permanent stains in the shower—not dirt, but not particularly nice to look at. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. It was also a lovely room for families with a child, as our kid finally got a real comfy bed rather than a wobbly open sofa bed. The lobby was a nice spot to relax after a day of walking around the city. They offer water for guests and even have some board games, which was a fun touch. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable. My main issue was the lack of non-dairy options for making a cappuccino. While they offer non-dairy milks, it wasn’t possible to make a cappuccino with them unless you paid extra for a barista-made one. I found this disappointing, especially since more and more people are opting for dairy-free alternatives. It’s an area that could definitely be improved. It's not worth booking direct with the hotel as they don't bother to be competitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel, with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Totally smoothe stay, room was clean, comfy bed, quiet at night (room overlooking the small carparking area at rear) just simple and convenient. Would have preferred a bigger mug for my tea in the morning, but otherwise I wouldn't change anything else!

The room was quiet, clean and with all the necessary facilities. The position of the Hotel is great, literally 10 minutes walking distance from the city center.

Perfect location! Walking distance from the train station, bus station and the old city centre. Very spacious room, with coffee/tea service in the room. 24 hours front desk. The staff was very helpful.
