Beautiful hotel, especially during Christmas time. There was a pianist in the lobby which was a nice touch. Receptionists extremely helpful offering valet parking, to take your luggage up to your room for you abd a welcome drink Food in their à la carte restaurants also really good. The spa was open but with some construction work and builders around as well.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast offered a good variety, including salmon, and many types of juices. The location is lively with many restaurants nearby. There's also a piano performance in the lobby.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is luxurious and grand. The room's amenities are good, but the decor's dark colors don't create a cozy atmosphere. The old bedding combined with dim lighting gives an unclean impression. However, the front desk and in-room bar service were both very good! Breakfast was fantastic!

Room is spacious, walkable distance to all the tourist spots, really convenient. The sauna there is also amazing, definitely will stay here if I visit Brno again.
