Avanti Hotel

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

The property included breakfast, which was a real feast. I also had a bowling alley and sauna as well as nicely equipped gym.

Reception staff were extremely unprofessional. There was a gentleman and a lady on desk. They pointed out that was an error in my booking. I asked how to resolve, and I needed to pay an extra 500czk. This was OK, but what followed really was not. The staff then went on to accuse me repeatedly me that I had 2 extra children - as another room was checking out the same time as my family/pointing to 2 other kids over. They were were waiting with their own parents. It was incredibly awkward being put in a position to argue some random children are not yours during checkout. Honestly let down what would of been a good stay. My worst in over 100 ******* bookings.

As expected stay Ok stay unfortunately bowling was closed for the holidays. Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent.
