Sono Hotel

Clean and nice bathroom but the strangest hotel we've ever stayed in. Communication was poor, I emailed as needed to check out a day earlier but never received a response. So ended up paying for an extra night we didn't use ans thus confused the receptionist as we checked out. Our room was extremely hot, windows don't open and the view we had was the metal heating viaduct. Once we'd fathomed the air con, it worked well Our room also had a huge concrete pillar in the middle and a concrete ceiling. It made me wonder of the hotel was previously a multi story car park. The exterior is really modern, there's not much nearby but the tram stop is only a few minutes away. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Sadly it's not a hotel I'd choose to stay in again.

Reception and cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever practical issues we had. Had the penthouse and all was great. Bit overpriced parking and breakfast is really sub par compared to this supposedly being a 4 star hotel. We are not being particular picky, but the selection and quality was that of a 2 star. 1 elevator makes waiting sometimes long.
