We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful and spacious property with large rooms, and we were lucky to have a room on the second floor. The high ceiling made it feel even more comfortable, and the balcony was spacious and enjoyable. The room had everything we needed, including a small but very useful kitchenette. The private access to a beautiful beach was definitely a highlight. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy that we chose this hotel.

We were looking forward to staying here, unfortunately not worth the money we paid. Our two bedroom apartment was approx $760 for the night and not worth the money. We have had a lot better for half the price. The rooms and furnishing were dated, the ensuite was averagely clean and had random stickers on furnishings, the fridge was extremely noisy. There were plastic and metal shavings on the floor of the shower. Would not recommend at the price that we paid. Would have been amazing in its day but overall very dated. Yes we are being picky, however for the most money we have ever spent per night on accommodation, it rates very poorly as there are much nicer places to stay.

Very family-friendly hotel

First time taking my partner to Busselton, we loved everything about the resort. Small walk past the pools,BBQ area and children's playground and you are right on the beach. Ground's were immaculate, beautiful foyer that lead into two very sophisticated bar's and restaurants that overlooked the pool's leading straight down to the pristine sand and ocean. Two outdoor pools with an indoor heated pool, sauna and gym. Two restaurants and two bar's. Very well laid out accommodation and the service was outstanding. Be very happy to come back again and highly recommend staying here.

The hotel location is great，close to the Busselton Jetty. The room is clean and comfortable， We love it

Room has a door broken, room is clean but can see spider and ant inside the room

Overall we liked the stay as it was nice ambience and location. We had few suggestions, the kitchen exhaust was not working in our room. It would have been great if there were written instructions via email or pamphlet regards to our stay in regards amenities, usage of things. Over the phone conversation we had asked for double beds in all the rooms but were provided with only one double bed during our stay the rests were single bed.

Service was great, had loads of fun in the pool, food was really good- both nights we had dinner at The Atrium. Will definitely be going back, might even take the kids next time

No tv, not working but was replaced .No Foxtel, Room was dirty especially spa bath.Internet only worked about 10% of time.The sauna not working . We have been going there for 2 years about 4 times a year, the sauna has never worked during this time.Shower leaked water under shower door.This is the first time during our stays there we haven’t eaten at their restaurant.This resort has deteriorated in quality over the past 2 years, in my opinion it has gone from a 4 star to a 2 star.The outside stone work is looking very tired. The whole complex needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it back up to its former glory.It is not value for money anymore in its current condition.

I will never ever stay here again . Firstly we arrived at 3pm (check in is 2pm) they then advised our room wasnt ready . Others were also advised of the same thing and we were all given a drink voucher to go to the cafe . That was fine , but then an hour went by , and the could not tell us how long it would be for our room to be ready . So we took off into town for dinner , we were then called at 5:40 to say that our room was ready . So we waited over 2 and a half hours ! We then got to our room only to find the aircon was leaking and the carpet was absolutely soaking , and there were stains/blotches on the bed covers . So we advised the front desk , went for a swim in the pool whilst they dealt with the issue. We then were told we had to move rooms , and it was a downgrade, they offered us free breakfast for the downgrade as the place was fully booked so there wasn’t really anything else we could do . The new room smelt musty and again the carpets were damp , as I believe the shower/bathroom must leak under the floorboards. I did advise the for desk that it’s a health concern as mold is definitely growing in the rooms . You can tell it’s been like that for a long time as the carpet colour along the wall are black . Such a shame cos the pool facilities are amazing , and the location. But it’s is absolutely run down and dirty .

Staff is really friendly and cooperative in all ways and helping hand

We have stayed here for three nights and luckily we have upgraded to 2BR beach view. Every day I had morning walk at beach side, so lovely to stay at Abbey beach hotel. So quite, I can heard bird sing, duck voice. Will come back again someday
