Staff rude and unwelcoming, overpriced room where the bed was tiny, terribly squeaky and uncomfortable, had a terrible nights sleep due to being put in a room that was directly next door to the function room which had a party on with blaring music, because of this the hotel was flooded with rowdy drunk people loitering about, as myself and my partner walked up the steps to the hotel door a man took one look at us and said ‘who the f*** are these people!’ . Whilst we were trying to get some sleep in our room, someone I’m guessing from the party tried to open our door, which was worrying unsettling, as well as that the room was freezing and dingy, was also woken up at 5am by what I assume was a staff member outside the room slamming doors, with about 3 hours sleep we checked out before 7am as we wanted to get out that hell hole. I’ve never stayed in a worse establishment as this.

Can't bet this place 2 sleep eat and stay. The staff are fabulous. Little village for a stroll Tuesday evenings they have local players come in. I would recommend people 2 come and stay here any time. If only I can book in April 4 August which is really hard

Lunch at the falcon Visited today to have a lovely home cooked lunch. Service and food excellent. Prices extremely reasonable. Very traditional. Good choice of menu. Sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Homemade bread too. Good find. Menu changes weekly

I am not reviewing the hotel,as we only had Sunday lunch. Gone are the days when roast beef was cooked to shoe leather, and roast potatoes were cooked the night before giving them a musty taste, or so I thought. I was wrong, The Falcon Inn is a throw back to the 1960s. Overcooked vegetables, horrible roast potatoes and solid roast beef you could make a handbag out of. There was no starter on offer, too much trouble, I suppose. We had a dessert, a great chunk of ice cream plonked on the plate which looked as if it had been carved by an electric saw. No finesse,no pride in presentation, master chef it was not. I will say the prices for Sunday lunch were very low,but we would have willingly paid double for decent cooking. Sack the chef, sack the manager and start again.

Stopped here for two nights between xmas and new year whilst visiting family. Cant rate this place enough! Its so old it felt like being on the set of pirates of the caribbean, our lads loved it, so many quirky turns, corners and spaces. But, absolutely spotless! Room was beautifully clean, bathroom brand new and duvet and pillows were so snug! Plenty of tea and coffe and replenished the day after. Breakfast, plentiful and flavoursome. Staff, friendly, helpful and polite. To prove this isnt a fake review if i had to find a tiny ******? Bed could do with being updated a little creaky, and a tiny bit of wallpaper paste on the tiny loose bit would keep it fresh, but minor stuff. Cant wait to go back!

Fantastic food and fantastic service in a beautiful environment. We have been a few times over the years and we have always loved eating here. We came with The Bromyard Historical Society and there were a lot of tables 80-100 people. The food was served in a timely manner and efficiently.

Very old school old fashioned property in historic old building with some uneven floors. Generous breakfast. Useful as a stop over if you are attending a wedding at Bredenbury Court. Local taxis available.

Just want to sing the praises of the Falcon Ballroom function room and the hotel's catering for a special birthday party. The food was interesting, tasty, generous and served by very helpful and friendly staff. The buffet dishes were superb and both main courses and deserts had the touch of an expert chef seemingly very aware of both local and seasonal ingredients. The room worked well for both eating and dancing for a group of 50 guests with good access to the bar downstairs.

Food and service excellent, plenty of choices on the menu with generous portions. Didn't stay overnight but next year we must make the effort to go there and tour the area. Typical character coaching inn well maintained.
