We booked this based on certain amenities that we wanted during our stay, which included an indoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived we are informed they are closed due to the pandemic. We booked a non-smoking room. I specifically ask at the front desk that we will get a non-smoking room. Upon entering the room we are instantly enveloped in stale cigarette smoke! They gave us a different room but everything we have now reeks of cigarette smoke. Once in the new room we discover that the refrigerator doesn’t work and we brought food with us that needs to be refrigerated. The people at the front desk just shrugged at me when I told them! Didn’t offer another room but told me where to find the ice machine. Also, bedding and/or towels on the floor of the hallway leading down to our room. If it weren’t so late, I would have asked for a refund and found some place else to stay. Dont waste your money here!
