Liked the hotels we went right before Christmas and hotel was beautiful decorated that was a plus also breakfast was great and breakfast staff great too our room was close to highway so we could hear cars once in a while but overall good felt safe in property near a lot of restaurants

Our stay here was in early December. As we first walked in, our eyes immediately went to the multiple beautiful Christmas displays. Our check-in was brief and easy. As we walked into our room, we noticed the great aroma of a sanitized room. All the sheets looked very clean and felt fresh. We had a great sleep.
Coming down the next day, we were greeted by very friendly bilingual staff, who offered us breakfast that was delicious.
Definitely will be staying here again. I highly recommend it.

Apparently the Hotel has a policy that when they do night audit if you have not checked in prior to 2am they cancel your stay without you even knowing. I arrived to the hotel from my travel shortly after 2am only to find out my room was canceled by the Hotel staff, said I was a no show even though I was standing there talking to them. I had to sit there for nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue, only to have to rebook my stay and pay way more for the room I had already booked and paid for. The hotel needs to rephrase their check in policy from any time after 3am, to 3am-2am so that this don’t happen to anyone else traveling in from out of town over night.

Patty and the rest did a fantastic job making us feel welcomed. There were minor issues but the staff was always on top of things and ready to explain what was going on and an estimation when it would be fixed. The room was a bit dusty.

In two nights they had to move me 2 times, from room 214 to room 300, they book me a room for disable people, i do not book it
And the second time to room 317, because they do not clean the room, so when we arrive late in the afternoon, the can not clean it.

The air conditioner in the room was not working. It was only on one setting, and we could not adjust it to make the room colder. The panel only read “on” and we were unable to turn it off, reset it, or adjust the temperature in any way so the room was quite warm throughout the night and very uncomfortable. The vent in the restroom was not working either and that was very unpleasant. The tub was slippery so I had to scrub it down myself with one of the bath towels. If a tub is slippery, it’s not clean. Also, the walls are paper thin and we could hear conversations from other rooms throughout the night, children crying and yelling, as well. Then there were some noisy patrons that were running up and down the hallway going in and out of rooms at 3 o’clock in the morning, slamming doors as they went in and out of their rooms, laughing loud, talking loud, it was just very disruptive and very unpleasant and it was very hard to fall back to sleep. My husband and I did not get a good nights rest and both of us woke up with migraines and feeling very tired and uncomfortable. Because of this we packed in a hurry Sunday morning and I ended up forgetting my iPhone charger. So I was very unhappy about that. If you can compensate us in someway or manner, that would be great. If not, then I will never again stay in one of your facilities, or at least not this one.

Love my stay. We went to Brownsville for the graduation of my daughter on May 12 2023. The ceremony was cancelled due to weather and reschedule for the following week. We're happy with our first stay, so we come back this week. Breakfast is good, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt... we enjoyed it.
