A very clean room, a helpful reception. Close to Cologne center and train station, I recommend it.

Considering that this hotel is 3***, the room is small and the bathroom is very run down. The bed was very uncomfortable. The reception was very nice and looks very nice. But the room was definitely not 3***!

The hotel is good overall, it has everything you need, and it is very clean. The downside is that the location is relatively remote and far from Cologne Airport. It is suitable for you to drive yourself in, and the price/performance ratio is high.

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately with many small flaws. The canopy where you can drink coffee is not exactly clean. Elevator buttons look dingy from there, partly the color is very worn. The breakfast area has Best Western standards.
