Terrible review, beware! Horrendous stay, one problem after another: 1. Extremely poor hygiene: Several fruit flies were buzzing around the room (see image 1), visible dust, and the kettle still had leftover water/steam from the previous guest, which was absolutely disgusting. 2. Incredibly inefficient service: After reporting the kettle issue, it took hours and multiple calls for it to be addressed. I called twice for a dental kit and vanity set, but no one delivered them, so I had to go to the front desk myself to get them. 3. Bad window view: Directly opposite, about 5 meters away, was an unidentified building (see images 2 and 3), like a ghost castle, which was psychologically disturbing and offered no view whatsoever. 4. The scariest part was the safety hazard: The hotel never informed guests that the pool was only open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. At 11:30 PM, I went down to level -1 to check out the pool. The elevator went down normally, but then became completely unresponsive when I tried to go up. To my right was a locked 'staff only' door, and at the end of the corridor to my left was the locked pool entrance, with a wall behind it. My phone had no signal at all on level -1. I was completely trapped in an enclosed space of less than 2 square meters, screaming for help to no avail. I managed to call my mom using weak Wi-Fi, and thankfully, she hadn't exited the elevator and wasn't stuck as well, which allowed me to escape. If no one had known at the time, the consequences could have been dire. When I reported this to the front desk afterward, their response was, "We know about this problem, it's already been raised," with an attitude as if it were a given. Since they clearly knew about the hazard but didn't provide any warnings or emergency plans, what would happen if a guest truly got trapped in a place with no signal and no emergency call device? This doesn't even include minor issues like toiletries not being restocked in time. The overall experience was chaotic and negligent, and it involved real personal safety risks. I strongly advise against staying here.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the Grand Place and within 20 minutes of the Central Station. There are metro and tram stations nearby, making it convenient to get to the South Station for international trains. The hotel features a swimming pool, a children's play area, a gym, and a sauna, making it quite suitable for families. We originally booked an executive room, but the hotel offered a paid upgrade to a top-floor executive suite, which was larger and had better views from the window. It also included a complimentary mini-bar and a capsule coffee machine.

The staff were very friendly and the room was pleasant. The bedding was really comfortable, so I slept soundly. The hotel location was also close to the Grand Place. The breakfast included bread, salad, fruits, drinks, yogurt, and more. I think Brussels is good for a day trip!

Great location! It's about a 12-minute walk from the Central Station, and the walk to the hotel is pleasant. We enjoyed looking around as we walked. The soundproofing was decent; we booked two rooms, and both were facing the road, but thankfully, the sound insulation held up. Breakfast is definitely worth getting, as they offer hot food. The rooms are spacious but the facilities are just average. Cleanliness was good. Overall, excellent value for money.

Great location, very close to the Grand Place, which makes getting around super convenient, especially for shopping. Early check-in wasn't available. The black and white burger joint next to the hotel is definitely worth trying. Free Wi-Fi and good hygiene.

✅ Booked a family room for 3 people, stayed for 1 night. The room was great, just the right size for the three of us. It came fully equipped with a fridge, safe, hairdryer, coffee set, and one bottle of water. It was very convenient, especially since the toilet was separate from the shower area – I really loved that feature! ✅ The staff provided excellent service. We arrived before check-in time, but they found an available room for us so we could check-in early. They welcomed us with a bright and cheerful smile. ✔️✔️ The only downside of this hotel is its location right by a noisy road. At night, the sound of cars and people talking was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at times because I kept getting startled awake.
