Definitely one of the best hotels that I've stayed in around Europe.
The rooms are very clean and big. The staff are friendly and totally amazing.
Location is right beside the train and metro so you do not even need to walk out of the hotel to get there. It's linked.

Happy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.

Was a good hotel for a one night stay, it’s directly connected to the train station and so it’s very accessible and easy to get around to everywhere in Brussels.

Great hotel! You don't even have to leave the train station to get to it. It's clean, the service is good, and it's only a 4-minute train ride to Grand Place in Brussels. Plus, there are plenty of food options right in the train station.

The hotel is under the level of Pullman, very small rooms, only location is convenient if you have an early / late international train. Also, they don’t provide body soap in the shower, instead they have hand cream…

Fantastic location right at the Brussels Midi station. Lovely staff who could speak multiple languages and breakfast ofger good varieties for options. The city centre is about 22 minutes' walk and quite navigable with the Google map app. Very good overall.

This hotel is right outside Midi train station. While the surrounding area can be a bit mixed, the hotel itself is relatively clean. They don't proactively provide toiletries, so you'll need to ask for them. You can pay the deposit in cash, which is refunded at check-out. It's very convenient for train travel to Ghent and Bruges.
