The hotel's easy to get to, being close to tram and bus stops. The room was really clean. I stayed for 3 nights, but they only provided water and coffee on the first day; there was no replenishment during cleaning. No slippers were provided. The bathtub was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were spotless! I opted for breakfast. The salad selection was a bit small, but it's pretty standard for European-style breakfasts, so whether it's worth the price is a personal opinion. However, I personally felt it was worth it to have breakfast in such a beautiful, clean setting. The entire hotel smells lovely. The front desk staff were smart and professional, without being overly friendly, and the breakfast staff were very pleasant. The bed springs were perfect for me. I think it offers good value for money in this area.

She was always attentive, smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
