This apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to the Grand Place, and just a few minutes' walk to the Central Station for easy transportation. Getting around to explore was a breeze. Plus, there are two century-old restaurants right downstairs. We were actually looking for one of them and were so pleasantly surprised to find it just a few steps away after going down! Turn the corner and the whole street is full of restaurants. Behind that is the famous Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, and just across one intersection is the Jeanneke-Pis statue. A really great experience overall!

Convenient and near to attraction locations. The entrance to hotel is facing a Chinese restaurant. Hotel is quietly located.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment. There is no direct contact between the guest and the hotel due to TRIP. Example: I sent a message to the property saying I needed a parking space. TRIP replied that they had contacted the property and that the property would do their best to fulfill the request on the day of arrival. It turned out that the property requires notification the day before arrival, and they never received my request from TRIP.

A well placed apartment , great location . Clean , comfortable huge bed , all the extras , toiletries , kitchen essentials! All in all great value for money !

Decent for the price.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever. Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left. We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare. The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.

Adding WhatsApp as a communication option would make it much easier for guests to contact staff.

Although the building is great and the location is also great, the management of this establishment is terrible: the shower screen leaks water and the bathroom floods, so towels are scarce. It was very dirty and had spiders (see photo), but the worst thing is the service, because if you have a problem they don't even let you know (as happened to some colleagues) who were left on the street due to a problem with the local tax WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Honestly, when I return to Brussels I will look for another accommodation option. The management was very good for us because of the good service of Trip.com, but our friends who booked with Stayforlong had a catastrophic experience and spent a few days from problem to problem. Quick and clear check in and check out. The room was large, everything you need was available. Unfortunately, despite there being two televisions (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), I was unable to get them to work at least in the evening, having traveled with a child who, upon returning from walks, would have happily relaxed by watching a cartoon on TV. The large bathroom with soap, shower gel and shampoo available. The kitchen was inadequate. However, the cutlery was not clean. Too bad. The location is fabulous and despite being right in the center, absolute silence reigned during the night. I would gladly return.
