Nice place to stay, good area and close to Brussels Central Station. I 've already paid city tax with Trip.com when I booked, but when I arrived at the hotel I had to pay city tax again.

It is the second times that i stay in this hotel, the room is as good as usual, very clean and spacious, there are all the things you need for stay. The location is so great, just near the train station (only 2-3 mins walk), can easily access to most tourist destinations (like Bruges and Ghent).

The location of the hotel is impeccable. It is only three minutes' walk from the Central Station and the Grand Place. All the attractions of Brussels are within a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Rooms with city views can also see the street view and the top of the Town Hall, which is very beautiful. You can directly enjoy the European small town style and the occasional singing performances by street performers by opening the window, which is very good. The room is also large enough, with a bathtub in the bathroom, and all the necessary supplies and room facilities are provided. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel.

The room wasn't large, but it was very clean. Most importantly, it's very close to the square and the central train station. There's also a Tintin Museum behind the hotel. Highly recommended.

The location is very good, very close to the train station and the big square. There is a commercial street just outside the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking.

Location is great. Not served in their own language (Dutch) even the national language French was sometimes difficult. Windows not soundproof on the city side. Interior not up to date. Curtains torn. Double mates while nowadays all other hotels where we have slept on a double bed have separate mattresses. For that price you expect a bit more!

The hotel room is very large, and the suite has 2 separate bathrooms with a bathtub. The hotel is very close to the Grand Plaza, which is very convenient for going out to visit attractions. The hotel breakfast is rich, and the freshly baked waffles are better than those sold outside

The room was warm, but the whole area smelled too much of disinfectant. The service was friendly and the location was close to the gallery and church. It was a short walk to Brussels Central Station and the tootbus station. It was on the edge of the main attractions, but it was still a comfortable hotel environment

The hotel is very dilapidated and not well maintained. The rooms are dirty and smell of old floor mats. Our CI time cup still has lipstick marks on it. However, the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes from the train station and the staff is polite.

This hotel improved my impression of Belgium. The front desk was very polite. The highlight was that when I entered the room and found that it was upgraded to a suite, I was so happy. I instantly liked Belgium even more! The location is really good. It's only a two- to three-minute walk from the Central Station. Then there is a lively neighborhood in front of the hotel. The Grand Place of Brussels is right in front. This stay is a perfect experience 💯
