The advertised accommodation for 6 people is in fact not at all suitable for the last 2 people: the last bed is a convertible sofa, broken for apartment 201, and this room has no blackout curtains, so you will sleep depending on the sun and the strength of the last screw! Also the dining table has only 4 chairs... On the other hand, the accommodation was not very clean: a cotton ball not ours left in the bathroom, stains of foundation on the wall, dust in the bedroom (the headboard was gray with dust, disgusting...)... The photos on the site make you dream but, for example, our apartment had its "dining room" tiles broken in which socks get stuck; the torn sofa; latches that do not hold; for the common areas, a staircase full of mess which does not really reassure... The most disappointing was the breakdown of hot water in the bathroom the day after our arrival, a technician was to come the day before our departure but never came. Paying for accommodation to have cold showers is quite frustrating. To top it off, Smartflats informs you that they are available by phone 24/7, but are in fact unreachable by phone, even our booking contacts cannot reach them either by email or by phone. The only exchange we have with them are 2 messages via chat asking us for a photo of the boiler and telling us that a technician would come... By the way, no excuses for the inconvenience caused. I had the impression of spending my stay taking pictures of the apartment, calling booking and answering emails, and all that without being able to relax with a good little hot shower. If you are not looking for comfort or customer service to match, go for it!

I would never recommend this apartment or the company that runs it to anyone. When we arrived, we had to get some keys from a box with a numerical code, that code never worked. We called the company up to 6 times (luckily we had roaming) which never solved anything for us and hung up on us every few minutes. An hour later we got them to give us the correct password to get the key. When we opened the apartment it was unclean with bottles of alcohol, joints, unmade beds, everything thrown on the floor and with a very unpleasant smell. We called again and they didn't fix anything. After another half hour, we contacted Booking, who acted as intermediaries for us and gave us an apartment for that night, telling us that they would clean the apartment for the next day. We asked for it to be at 9 in the morning since we wanted to go to Bruges and finally until 11:30 am they did not give it to us. When we arrived there were still dirty things (bathroom floor, towel rack, the apartment smelled very bad...) We requested compensation from the company and to this day we still have no response. Also, they wanted to send a technician (we don't know why) while we were away, with our things inside. We do not know if someone strange was in our absence. Some thieves, some pigs and a little serious company. Find another accommodation. SMARTFLATS are SCAMMERS.

don't be fooled by the photos on the site torn and broken sofa bed, dirty apartment down to the curtain, kitchen sink faucet leaking everywhere and the attic NO HOT WATER we were unable to shower for the entire stay! We booked for 6 there were only 4 cousins ​​and no extra sheet, impossible to get them on the phone to find a solution TO RUN AWAY!!! and the worst I have no response from *********** nor from the rent

Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement excellent ! C'était vraiment idéal pour y passer une ou plusieurs nuits à Bruxelles en centre-ville. Le quartier est très plaisant et animé. Les lieux étaient propres avec un bon niveau d'équipement.

El lugar es muy bonito y bien ubicado, el problema fue que no había agua caliente para bañarnos, tratamos de comunicarnos con las personas encargadas pero nunca contestaron ni el teléfono, ni mensajes, que pena, no volvería a reservar en ese lugar.

L’emplacement correspondait exactement à notre attente .grande déception d’être accueillie pr un cafard des l’ouverture de la porte de l’appartement.tous les matelas sont tachés. L’appartement en soit es spacieux
