The service staff were so friendly and willing to help at any request. My stay with this hote was very pleasant and I strongly recommend a stay with this hotel.

The location of the property is not bad, but the hotel facilities are a bit lacking. When I told the front desk that the ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working, they said that there were no technicians because it was a weekend, and that they would change the room, so I had to take the trouble of packing up and moving the room again.
The room I changed was not very well equipped,
Accommodation that won't remain as a good memory,
I wouldn't recommend it to others.

The bed was too soft, but European beds are soft. The location is a bit far from the old city, but there is a tram nearby, and the traffic is relatively convenient. Adults can ride a shared scooter to go around the Grand Square. Hotel service attitude is very good
