Hotel The Augustin is an excellent hotel with friendly staff, especially the reception staff. They go out of their way to help. The hotel is close to amenities and a short distance walk to La Grande Place. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Really nice city hotel! It was very clean and our quadruple room was very good size for our family. Tea coffee making facilities, water and small fridge to keep your drinks cold is available in the room. Mohammad at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Overall great city hotel to be , location is very convenient for Brussel Zuid station for travel to Luxemburg or Euro star , which was walking distance. At the same time , 10 mins walk left from hotel , you will be in the centre and grand place !

The hotel room was clean and the hygiene was excellent. The bathroom featured high-end brand toiletries, which were of very good quality. The hotel's location is convenient to the station, about a 15-minute walk, which was very helpful.

Over all great hotel. Clean and nice staff. Easy access to town center with about 10 mins walk to manneken pis and Grand Place 🙂

Overall I was quite satisfied with the hotel. The room was quite spacious, with can accommodate 2 open baggages (still leave room to walk). The amenities using were L’occitane. The heater and hot water works perfect. There’s also heater in the toilet which I was quite happy about) Just one minor issue during stay, we had requested for the slipper at the front office on the first night and was told that the housekeeping was closed or something. They will be brought on the next day so we expected to have after the room service of the next day. After out for the whole day on the next day and back to the room found still no slipper provided. Since we stayed 2 night we just didn’t bother to go ask again which probably received the same response.

very good location and big rooms close to Midi and Square. arrived early in the morning paid 40 euros for early checkin.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. We had issues with the hot water and safe in our room. We were moved to another room. The rooms are spacious, overlooking a quiet courtyard. The hotel staff did their best to resolve our issues. We appreciate their assistance, but when you arrive at a 4-star hotel, you don't expect to have to wait 10 minutes for hot water or for the safe to be repaired...

The location isn't great, near the notoriously chaotic Midi train station in Brussels. The overall interior is okay, but it was under renovation when I checked in, requiring me to climb a set of construction stairs, which was inconvenient if I had luggage.

The staff at reception treated us excellently. The room they assigned us was beautiful, spacious, and super clean. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel soon.
