소노벨 브랜치 중에 최악이었습니다. 호텔프런트 직원분들 중 친절하신 분과 친절하지 않은 분이 확연치 차이가 납니다. 일층 노래방에는 호텔 직원이 아니라 분양 받은 개인 사업자가 운영하는 것 같은데 이 분들의 친절도 또한 불쾌감을 불러 일으킬 정도였습니다, 호텔은 이미 예약이 꽉 찬 상태여서 리조트에 묶었는데 온돌방은 35도로 올려도 따뜻함을 못 느껬습니다. 아무튼 소노벨 이용하시려면 다른 소노벨로 가세요. 다시는 방문하지 않을 예정입니다.

스위트 룸에서 묵었구요.아이들이 놀 수 있는 편의시설이 좋았습니다.워터파크.자동차 등.리조트 안에 있는 아이들 수준 물놀이 시설이 가장 최고에요.

시설을 깔끔하고 좋았어요 !숙소내부 말구요 ㅎㅎ
침대옆 조명등은 전구가 하나 나가서 안켜졌고
침대 주변에 콘센트가 없으며
변기는 30분 간격으로 혼자 물이 2번 연속으로 내려가고
늦은밤 11시쯤? 프온트에 말해서 직원이 올라왔는데
자주 쓰는 버튼이라 눌려서 그럴수도 있다고 하고
너무 신경쓰이시면 변기안의 부속품을 고쳐주겠다고 했다.
늦은 시간에 서로에게 그건 너무 불편할 거 같아서 변기 콘센트를 빼고 자겠다고 했다.
전구라던지 변기라던지 기계적으로 문제를 해결해놓던지
아니면 청결에라도 신경을 써줬으면 좋겠다.
위치는 정말 좋아서 다시 가고싶는 마음이 크다.
프론트에 직접 가서 얘기를 했음에도 머리카락에 대해서는 말이 1도 없었으며 응 서운했어요..하하
샤워기에는 전에 사용하셨던 단발머리 길이의 머리카락이 걸려있었다..
그것 말고는 다 좋았음 !

나름 갠찮았네요..바닷가 근처라 야경도 멋있고 시설도 건물이 노후되긴했지만 나름 관리를 잘해서 크게 불편한건 없었습니다..다음에 또올게요

진도 여행하고 오는길에 하루 더 놀게 되어서
변산반도 근처 숙소 찾다가 예약 했어요
시설이 좀 노후 됐네요 ㅠㅠ
화장실에서 악취가 나서 얘기했더니 룸을 옮겨 주셨어요
