Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness standards were far below expectations — there was visible dirt, spider webs in several areas, and the shower was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. The walls were also dirty, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. In addition, the staff were unhelpful and came across as impolite and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of heating. I spent the entire stay in cold conditions, and despite informing the staff, the problem was never resolved. This is not the level of service or accommodation I would expect, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.

The location was perfect for what I wanted to explore the old town and National History Museum etc. The room is tiny but has everything one needs. A pleasant budget stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had one night stay, then I went to another hotel for being with my family and came back for another two nights. The staff even checked me in early on my second stay. The hotel is within walking distance from all the tourist attractions and restaurants. I absolutely recommend..

Excellent boutique hotel in the centre of the old town. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Lovely rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Staff lovely and just a gorgeous hotel to stay. Cannot recommend enough
