Cleanliness was conspicuously disappointing - upon entering the room there was trash (paper wrappers) on the floor, mouldy sink, fecal stains inside the toilet, dust and specks on and inside the bedsheets, greasy light switches, and a coffee machine that would not produce clean water (water remained yellowish with brown precipitate even after the 5th - 6th run with water). Reception was very nice (and helped us book a guided tour at the parliament), but generally was not very receptive to instructions, where requests for simple items (i.e. a toothbrush) fell on deaf ears. The room itself, whilst spacious, did not have a thermostat/other temperature control devices, so it was actually rather hot and stuffy at night, despite our visit in January.
Location is superb (2 minute walk to metro station), and the hotel is centrally located near the old town and parliament.
